This role is responsible for creating corrective work orders, receiving assignments, planning and executing repairs, and maintaining the cleanliness of back-of-house areas. The Maintenance Helper will assist more senior staff, replace ceiling tiles, and ensure proper care of equipment, tools, and uniforms. They will also complete tenant requests, inspect building areas, report deficiencies, and employ established service procedures. The position requires maintaining logs, communicating building operations status, and being available for various shifts, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as responding to after-hours emergencies. A key aspect of the role is promoting positive tenant relations through proactive communication and excellent customer service. Other duties as assigned are also part of the responsibilities.
