About The Position
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Part-Time Maintenance / Groundskeeper to help maintain our facilities and grounds in a rural agricultural setting.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working both independently and with a team
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Previous maintenance, farming, or groundskeeping experience preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- General groundskeeping: Raking, mowing, trimming trees, Cleaning up storm debris
- Cleaning and washing facilities and equipment
- Painting buildings and fencing
- Assisting with nursery pigs when needed: Daily care, movement, and vaccinations
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently
