About The Position

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write as required.
• Ability to use math for machinery computations, fluid capacities, etc.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. on a daily basis.
• Ability to work on feet for 12 hours.
• At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience within the last 12 months or education (industrial maintenance diploma or currently enrolled in technical school) in lieu of experience.
• Willingness to complete all required training for the job.
• Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and break down production line machinery.
• Learn Tyson SAP software to make work orders and fill out daily documentation.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all equipment and company assets.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures.
• Complete all required training for the job.
