Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of general building systems, tools, and safety practices.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform physical labor.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of production equipment, facility interiors, and exterior grounds.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums, mops, and other maintenance tools.
- Perform painting projects, including walls, safety lines, and floor markings.
- Complete routine preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supply inventories.
- Assist with facility repairs and general maintenance projects.
- Replace light bulbs and maintain adequate lighting throughout the facility.
- Clean windows and other areas to support facility appearance.
- Remove snow, ice, and debris from sidewalks, entrances, and walkways.
- Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
