Requirements

Minimum of 2-4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in unionized manufacturing (preferred)
Associate degree in a related field (maintenance, electrical) with 1-3 years of maintenance related field industrial or automotive manufacturing, or a minimum of 3 - 5 years of maintenance in unionized manufacturing.
Industrial/Manufacturing/Automotive Experience preferred
Press Maintenance required
Preventative Maintenance Experience preferred

Responsibilities

Proactively work to improve equipment uptimes and efficiencies
Supervise and assist maintenance personnel
Responsible for maintenance personnel performance evaluations and interviews
Oversee the procurement of equipment, repair parts, and supplies
Develop and conduct training activities
Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance procedures
Process employees Kronos records for weekly payroll
