We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance & Fleet Technician to help keep our Tulsa facilities, grounds, and fleet vehicles safe, reliable, and ready to serve our communities. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • CDL class B with airbrake endorsement
  • Basic electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance knowledge
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on fleet vehicles

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update work orders for facility maintenance requests
  • Inspect facilities, grounds, and parking areas and report deficiencies
  • Inspect and replace damaged ceiling tiles as needed
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair light fixtures
  • Troubleshoot basic electrical issues
  • Perform basic plumbing repairs, including sinks, toilets, and drains
  • Conduct basic roof inspections as needed
  • Perform and coordinate maintenance for the organization's fleet
  • Track daily vehicle repairs, including pending and completed work
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs
  • Ensure vehicles remain in safe, reliable operating condition
  • Complete required vehicle inspections, including external and trailer lights
  • Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance and other repairs
  • Evaluate whether repairs should be completed internally or by an outside provider based on cost and effectiveness
  • Recommend vehicle replacements or repairs when appropriate
  • Identify and recommend qualified vendors and service providers
  • Review and route vehicle maintenance and parts invoices for payment
