About The Position

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing the flow of parts, equipment, and materials in and out of the facility while also providing basic technical support for company systems, software, and hardware. This role is critical to maintaining efficient shop operations, accurate inventory control and accounting, and uninterrupted business systems for dispatch, billing, safety, statewide environmental and fleet management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, inventory systems, dispatch software)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset for both operational and technical issues
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of shipping/receiving, warehouse, or parts management experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of automotive or towing equipment strongly preferred
  • Basic I.T. knowledge (hardware, software troubleshooting, networking fundamentals)
