About The Position

Requirements

• TN work visa for United States is required.
• Be of Mexican nationality
• Hold a university degree and professional license in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Possess a Mexican passport valid for at least 1 year
• Have a valid Mexican driver’s license
• 3+ years work experience in field engineering, plant maintenance, machinery/engine repair, boiler installation or repair, steam systems, HVAC and/or controls
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Interest in learning and improving their English skills
• Adaptability to new cultures and ways of life
• Independence and maturity to live away from family for extended periods
• Strong desire for personal and professional growth
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• A good level of English is required for this position

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance on boiler room equipment.
• Perform and report the results of water analysis at customer's site.
• Troubleshoot and repair boiler room equipment.
• Utilize water management, maintenance, and inspection reports.
• Schedule regular maintenance with customer.
• Create proposals for customer site improvements.
• Create maintenance contract proposals and negotiate with customer.
• Manage installation projects of boiler and water treatment equipment.
• Adhere to and support all of the company's Safety Health and Environmental program.
• Maintain parts and tool inventory on service vehicle.
• Perform other tasks as required.
• Service, inspect and repair all boilers.
• Schedule all boiler start-ups and inspections.
• Maintain and manage parts inventory in stock room or service vans.
• Provide excellent customer service and build customer trust.
