The maintenance performs resort maintenance activities relating to the organization's physical property as directed by department Team Leaders. This role involves providing excellent customer service, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, and developing solutions for customer concerns. The position requires completing daily postings, balancing accounts, and following job orders to complete tasks. Responsibilities include repairing, maintaining, and installing machines, tools, and equipment, as well as maintaining utility systems to ensure continuous operations. A preventive maintenance program is to be followed in conjunction with relevant departments. The role also involves informing Team Leaders about any operational issues with machines and equipment, performing general maintenance, mechanical, electrical, machine, equipment, and plumbing repairs/installations, and implementing energy conservation programs. Maintaining an organized work area, managing time effectively, and adhering to all company policies and procedures are also key aspects of this role.
