About The Position
In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to ensure the plant, building, and grounds maintenance are maintained and in compliance with generally accepted maintenance principles while working independently requiring limited supervision. YOUR ROLE: Be the first point of contact for facility-related concerns and questions. Maintain contact with external vendors in relation to general facility maintenance. Work in coordination with Maintenance Helpers/Cleaners. Perform painting and clean-up projects. Assisting departmental leadership plant-wide in the development of material and equipment storage solutions. Assisting departmental leadership with housekeeping and departmental organization. Strategizing with staff to accomplish refurbishment of common areas. Ensuring a clean, safe, efficient work environment is available to all associates. Being a critical member of the Visual Factory Management team. Perform minor building maintenance tasks. Accomplish preventive maintenance inspections related to facility support systems. Responsible for other facility maintenance items as assigned. Other duties as assigned.
