About The Position

Eaton’s AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems Aerospace division is currently seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator. This position is responsible for supporting the facility and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance and quality standards are achieved to budget while driving for continuous improvement in all aspects of facility management. The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $ 90,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. This role requires working on-site M-F at our Euclid, OH manufacturing facility with typical works hours from 7 am- 4pm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical related field from an accredited institution required.
  • Minimum Three (3) years’ experience in maintenance or facilities management .
  • 1+ years of experience within a Manufacturing or Industrial related environment.
  • Candidate will not need sponsorship now or in the future.
  • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
  • Demonstrated project leadership experience.
  • Ability to perform/lead basic troubleshooting and/or performance analysis.
  • Experience with working on and leading cross functional teams.
  • Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Persuasive Communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology.
  • Experience in the Aerospace or Automotive Industry.
  • Experience creating and closing maintenance work orders, creating PM templates and provide periodic reporting.
  • Experience creating preventative maintenance plans for new manufacturing/ industrial related equipment.
  • Previous experience hiring and supervising outside contractors when necessary; issues all Eaton required permitting.

Responsibilities

  • Support facilities team in ensuring preventative maintenance and inspections programs are established and documented.
  • Responsible for maintenance parts and supplies ordering.
  • Responsible for creating and closing maintenance work orders, creating PM templates and provide periodic reporting.
  • Assists with the development of preventative maintenance plans for new equipment
  • Supports MESH elements (EHS) with responsibility as a lead.
  • Hiring and supervising outside contractors when necessary; issues all Eaton required permitting.
  • Supports facilities in asbestos and lighting surveys.
  • Supports facilities by developing maintenance related capital requests.
  • Recommends measures to improve maintenance methods, design and performance of equipment and processes; facilities continuous improvement.
