About The Position

Build, repair, and keep product moving—your impact matters here. Our mission is simple: help people see more and be more. As a world leader spanning 150+ countries, we design, manufacture, and deliver vision solutions—lenses like Varilux, Crizal, Eyezen, Stellest, and Transitions; frames including Ray-Ban, Oakley, Persol, and Oliver Peoples; and retail experiences through Sunglass Hut, LensCrafters, Target Optical, and leading e-commerce. Our supply chain blends centralized frame production with a deeply connected network of prescription labs and finishing centers. Technology drives us; innovation unites us. Be part of a 200,000-strong team shaping the future. On day one, you’ll help ensure our distribution equipment runs flawlessly. One moment you’ll troubleshoot a conveyor fault; the next, you’ll machine a small part, weld a bracket, and verify everything with a quick calibration of scanners and cameras. You’ll navigate PLC interactions and support Intelligrated and Beumer sortation systems so orders keep flowing. You’ll also pitch in with meeting room setups, and when needed, roll up your sleeves for painting, plumbing, lighting fixes, and routine cleaning. Every test of the fire system—carefully performed and documented—adds to the safety of the team.
