Requirements

  • Actively pursuing Bachelors or technical degree program with concentration in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Systems Engineering or related discipline
  • Experience with CMMS platforms
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong CAD skills
  • Strong data analytics and management skills
  • Ability to build relationships, collaborate and work efficiently with team members
  • Must have reliable transportation due to travel requirements.
  • Candidates must be able to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
  • Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screening, which includes both urine and hair follicle testing.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and integration of maintenance programs across multiple sites.
  • Assist in cataloging equipment assets, building preventive maintenance (PM) tasks, and entering data into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Collaborate with site teams to gather equipment specifications, operational details, and maintenance needs, and document findings using Excel and related platforms.
  • Travel to operational sites, primarily within the Cincinnati region, to support equipment inspections, verify field data, and assist with rollout of program improvements.
  • Take lead on select improvement initiatives or pilot program rollouts for Co-Ops completing multiple sessions.
  • Work in a hands-on, industrial environment outside in extreme weather conditions.
