About The Position
Concert Hospitality has an amazing opportunity as a Maintenance Engineer at the Magnolia Hotel Pegasus, located atop the Magnolia Dallas Downtown. This historic building, built in 1922, was the first high-rise in the United States to have air conditioning and the city’s first skyscraper. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the hotel's facilities operate smoothly and efficiently, creating a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for both guests and staff. This role requires a passion for quality maintenance work as the foundation for excellent guest experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
Requirements
- At least two years of hands-on experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with the team and guests to address maintenance concerns.
- Safety-focused and knowledgeable about standard health and safety procedures.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in building or facility maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
