About The Position

Offers variety of work ranging from carpentry, painting, finishing and minor plumbing and electric. This role involves repairing and maintaining all plumbing, drains, piped systems, pumps and valves. It also includes installing new plumbing and fixtures during minor renovations, and monitoring and verifying work performed by contracted plumbers/mechanical contractors. The role requires independent work.

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• Current driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Journeyman or city plumbing license
• Back flow preventer certification

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains all plumbing, drains, piped systems, pumps and valves.
• Installs new plumbing and fixtures during minor renovations.
• Monitors and verifies work performed by contracted plumbers/mechanical contractors.
