Requirements

Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
Must have attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skills
Engineering and/or maintenance experience of at least 2 years is required.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Must be able to complete repetitive motions throughout shift such as reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, etc.
Valid driver’s license is required.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
Must be able to bend, climb, and stoop repetitively

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance and general repairs to ensure efficiency of the department
Ability to keep open and effective communication with fellow coworkers, other departments, and leadership
Ensure all equipment is in safe and operable order before use
Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and policies
Provide exceptional customer service while responding to guest room calls
Keep accurate records on assigned tasks and keep inventory-up-to-date at all times
Completing any other task/duties assigned
