About The Position

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience preferred in hotel, resort, commercial, or institutional maintenance environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Read, write and understand English.
- Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills preferred.
- Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper preferred.
- Certification in pool operation preferred.
