About The Position
Provides repairs, maintenance, and construction services to ensure that the environment of the hospital and its clinics are safe, comfortable, and functional.
Requirements
- High School or equivalent
- May be necessary to have one of the following licenses: EPA Universal License, FCC General Class License, or Contractor License - if hired for a skill for which a license is required.
- Three years as a Journeyman craftsman in building trades or as a mechanic.
- Knowledge and skill at a Journeyman level in one or more building crafts- electrical, plumbing, a/c, refrigeration, carpentry, controls, painting/finishing, etc.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree
- Five years’ experience as a Journeyman craftsman in building trades.
- Journeyman dill in craft needed plus general skills in other crafts.
