About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer Supervisor to support the overall upkeep and functionality of our property. This role includes performing routine maintenance, addressing guest requests, and ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, basic knowledge of building systems, and a commitment to providing a safe and well-maintained environment.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

• Previous experience in a similar or related position

Responsibilities

• Help ensure our hotel runs smoothly by maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnose and fix issues, and assist with upgrades and installations.
• Report to the General Manager.
