Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience preferred in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment
• HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills
• Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Read, write and understand English

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Preventive maintenance background preferred
