About The Position

Maintenance employees conduct general housekeeping and janitorial duties, ensuring the parking facilities remain bright and clean. The following shifts are available: Tuesday-Saturday 11:00am-7:00pm, or 4:00pm-12:30am.

Requirements

Working conditions and environment: Maintenance employees work up to 90% of the time outside and should be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Repetitive use of hands, grasping and holding tools, extensive walking, standing, bending, reaching, crouching, grasping, twisting, and stair climbing.
Environmental conditions include working in the weather of all types.
Capable of working in extreme cold, heat, and high wind conditions for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Sweep garages and lots including but not limited to curbs, stairs, walkways, elevators/elevator tracks, expansion joints, and drive lanes.
Wipe down handrails in stairs using company approved cleaning supplies.
Clean windows in structures using company approved cleaning supplies.
Empty trash cans and install new can liners.
Mop elevators, elevator landings, and other areas as needed using company approved supplies and PPE.
Respond to service calls in a timely manner.
Safely operate company vehicles and trucks, maintaining an acceptable and clean driving record that meets specific company policy.
Perform regular structure and lot tours.
Remove graffiti as needed and perform paint touch up.
Perform car counts at structures and open lots.
Respond to equipment issues as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
