We're looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join our team and help keep our facilities, equipment, and electrical systems operating safely and efficiently. In this role, you'll use your advanced troubleshooting expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment critical to our operations. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related electrical maintenance experience or equivalent technical training.
  • Journeyman Electrician License.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency on-call assignments.
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical wiring, control circuits, and motor controls.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to read and follow manuals, schematics, and operating instructions.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, internet-based systems, and CMMS software.
  • Commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship.

Nice To Haves

  • Class B CDL.
  • Experience with industrial electrical systems and motor controls.
  • Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment and electrical systems.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical components, motor controls, and related systems.
  • Wire and troubleshoot single-phase and three-phase motors.
  • Develop and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, facilities, and vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, and completion documentation.
  • Install auto-dialer systems and perform other electrical installation and maintenance activities.
  • Inspect equipment to identify potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
  • Assist with training and mentoring team members.
  • Support operational needs through emergency response and on-call rotations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
