This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, installing, and setting up electrical and mechanical equipment, machines, tools, or parts used in a production facility. The position also involves contributing to the planning of maintenance schedules, executing maintenance assignments, analyzing technical issues, completing repairs and work orders related to electrical systems, and preparing machines and equipment for operations through ramp-up, setup, and start procedures. Additionally, the role supports installation projects on-site and assists with maintaining technical documentation for processes and equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and Journeyman Card OR Associates Degree with 3 years of experience
  • Ability to read electrical prints and trouble shoot using a PLC
  • Understand AC and DC Drives and motors. Able to make adjustments and troubleshoot
  • Knows motors, phasing, motor protection, motor forward and reverse, high low voltage, servo motors and encoders and resolvers
  • Fundamental knowledge of SAP PM Nodule
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, repair, install and set up electrical and mechanical equipment, machines, tools or parts, used in a production facility assigned.
  • Contribute to planning of maintenance schedules and execute respective maintenance assignments.
  • Analyze technical issues, complete repairs and work orders with reference to electrical systems.
  • Execute ramp up, setup and start procedures in order to prepare machines and equipment for operations.
  • Contribute to installation projects on site, and support accountable Engineers.
  • Support maintenance of technical documentations for processes and equipment.
