About The Position

Conagra Brands is seeking a Maintenance Electrician and/or Controls and Instrumentation Technician for their Imlay City location. This onsite role involves working the midnight shift and reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. The position offers the camaraderie of a maintenance team and a home base, with rare travel requirements. The role focuses on new installations and repairs of conduit, electrical motors, and industrial controls, working with AC/DC voltages, PLC programming, and hardware networking and communication. Conagra provides on-the-job training through the Amatrol company sponsored training program to enhance skills and advance careers.

Requirements

Program, Debug PLC's and HMI's with Allen Bradley
Strong working knowledge of motion controllers, PLC's and HMI's
Experience with Allen Bradley Control Logix
Prior experience should include fabricating, machine shop skills and a mechanical background
Familiar with variable frequency drives and troubleshooting
Use blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer's installation manuals to complete assigned projects
High School Diploma/GED required
