The Maintenance Director is an active member of the management team and assists the Executive Director with the management of the community. This role ensures the maintenance department operates according to LCB Senior Living policies and procedures, within budgetary guidelines to meet all resident and staff maintenance needs. The Maintenance Director performs maintenance and repair of the residence, maintaining the appearance of the grounds and building, and ensuring that the building is physically sound and safe. This role also involves working with outside contractors as needed, supervising and scheduling laundry and housekeeping staff, and establishing and monitoring a preventative maintenance program.
