Requirements

Experience in maintenance and facilities management.
Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
Leadership and staff management skills.
Budget management experience.
Ability to respond to emergencies and work flexible hours if needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a senior living or healthcare environment.
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other relevant trade certifications.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance operations to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
Manage and maintain the physical property, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs.
Respond to and address maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
Manage maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.
