About The Position

Prairie Bluffs, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Maintenance Director to join their growing team. Prairie Bluffs is conveniently located right off Highway 169 and Pioneer Trail in Eden Prairie. They help seniors Age Magnificently in a gorgeous 140-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The Maintenance Director will become part of the family and impact the lives of residents. In this position, you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in health care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment.
Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy.
Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation.
Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation.
Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services.
Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation.
