About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Maintenance Director to supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department. This role ensures environmental center compliance with all relevant regulations and codes, maintaining the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition, and ensuring it is free from hazards related to electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. The position is also responsible for providing quality laundry services.

Requirements

Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
Minimum of one year of prior experience of maintenance supervisory experience required.
Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.

A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.

Responsibilities

Supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance department.
Ensuring environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes.
Maintaining the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition.
Ensuring the community is in good repair and free from hazards caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.
Providing quality laundry service.
