About The Position
We are looking for a maintenance director to assist two communities with physical plant, preventative maintenance and overall maintenance items. The communities are located in Green Bay and Shawano. This role is responsible for the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our senior community running in tip-top shape. The position requires knowledge of building maintenance and familiarity with structural, electrical, plumbing, security, heating and cooling systems, and building safety to serve older adults.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Knowledge in repairing plumbing, electrical, painting, finishing and HVAC systems.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Assist two communities with physical plant, preventative maintenance and overall maintenance items.
- Ensure the senior community is running in tip-top shape.
- Apply knowledge of building maintenance and familiarity with structural, electrical, plumbing, security, heating and cooling systems, and building safety.
