About The Position
The Neighborhood at Tellico Village is seeking a Maintenance Director to join the Tutera Senior Living & Health Care team. This role involves supervising and coordinating the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance with all regulations and codes. The Maintenance Director is responsible for maintaining the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition, ensuring it is free from hazards related to electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. Additionally, this position oversees the provision of quality laundry services.
Requirements
- Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
- Minimum of one year of prior experience of maintenance supervisory experience required.
- Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance department.

- Ensuring the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition.
- Ensuring the community is in good repair and free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.
- Providing quality laundry service.
