Requirements

  • Several years of experience in maintenance customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Deep knowledge of maintenance practices, procedures, and regulations, as well as current industry trends and best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve customer service and operational performance
  • Experience managing and developing teams of customer service representatives and technicians
  • Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status
  • Eligible to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the point of contact for all customers by providing high-quality service
  • Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions
  • Resolving any issues and concerns that customers may have, such as delays or quality issues with maintenance services
  • Providing maintenance quotes/budgets
  • Coordinating with maintenance personnel and other departments to ensure that services are scheduled efficiently and effectively
  • Providing regular updates to customers on the progress of their maintenance, repair, and overhaul services
  • Performing a quality control inspection following heavy maintenance checks prior to the aircraft's release
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer requests, quotes, scheduling, and service history
  • Managing the sales and acquisition of new aircraft, including aircraft importation if necessary
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty
  • Supporting the maintenance department by developing training and project management programs
  • Representing Starlink Aviation at specific external events
  • Staying up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to inform decision-making and improve customer service
  • Participating in meetings, workshops, and other professional development activities to stay informed and enhance skills and knowledge
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and using only approved equipment and materials provided by the company
