About The Position

We are hiring a Maintenance Crew Member to join our hardworking, highly competent, and friendly team. This role is for individuals who love to see things through from start to finish, enjoy working with great people, and feel fulfilled after a hard day’s work. The ideal candidate will have a "can do," no excuses attitude, the ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals, and a proactive, dependable nature with great communication skills and high integrity.

Requirements

No prior landscaping experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite.
Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Nice To Haves

Previous landscaping, lawn maintenance, or groundskeeping experience
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Experience using landscaping hand tools and equipment

Responsibilities

Execute work following the direction of Crew Leaders and Account Managers
Proficient use of various hand tools
Perform duties associated with commercial landscape maintenance
Work collaboratively with people from all backgrounds emphasizing communication for cooperation and collaboration
Take care of all equipment, materials, and uniforms
Attend training classes and certifications as needed or instructed by supervisors
Follow Clean Scapes safety policies and guidelines
Other duties as assigned
