Arconic is currently in search of Maintenance Crew Leader to join our Finishing Department based in Alcoa, TN. The incumbent is expected to lead and supervise craft electrical and mechanical employees as well as provide technical troubleshooting skills to identify maintenance issues and develop solutions. He or she will also provide technical leadership and training to mechanical and electrical craft employees. The selected candidate may also lead a small team of production employees. The successful candidate will have a strong maintenance background with verifiable, hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience within an industrial environment. Candidates with supervisory experience, hydraulics, and PLC troubleshooting knowledge are strongly desired. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the motivation to learn all mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, and manufacturing aspects of plant operations.

Requirements

Strong maintenance background.
Verifiable, hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience within an industrial environment.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience.
