About The Position

As a Maintenance Crew Leader, you are responsible for the daily execution of assigned maintenance routes. You'll plan and lead the work, manage people and resources, and ensure every site meets Hemington's quality, safety, and contract standards. You are the critical link between field operations and management.

Requirements

• Leads by example and holds yourself accountable
• Communicates clearly with both crew members and management

• Can manage people, schedules, and priorities under realworld field conditions
• Understands that quality work and professionalism go handinhand
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong leadership and decisionmaking ability
• Ability to manage people and daily production demands

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience in landscape maintenance or a similar field is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance crews and assigned routes daytoday
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and ensure all contractual obligations are met
• Drive route productivity, quality, and safety performance
• Train, coach, and manage maintenance technicians
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently
• Maintain accurate production reports, photos, and timekeeping
• Serve as the primary field communication link to management
• Identify site issues, scope gaps, and potential upsell opportunities
