About The Position

Join our team as a Full-Time Year-Round Maintenance Crew Driver at BAM Outdoor in Westfield, Indiana. BAM Outdoor is a leading landscape company with a strong presence across multiple states and Canada. We are looking for dedicated, hardworking individuals who are passionate about working outdoors and making a visible impact. As a Maintenance Crew Driver, you will perform landscape maintenance duties alongside your crew and serve as the designated company vehicle driver, safely transporting crew members, equipment, and materials. You will work under the direction of the Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor, contributing to stunning landscapes and taking pride in your work.

Requirements

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work in diverse weather conditions and lift up to 60 pounds.
A desire to learn and grow—whether that’s in landscape design, equipment operation, or leadership.
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company insurance requirements.

Nice To Haves

Previous landscape maintenance experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

Operate commercial-grade equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and more.
Safely operate a company truck and trailer to transport crew members, equipment, and materials between job sites.
Plant, trim, prune, water, and more for landscapes.
Contribute to outdoor lighting installations.
Assist with snow removal operations during the winter season.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Work in various outdoor conditions, rain or shine, hot or cold!
