About The Position
Join our team as a full-time, year-round Maintenance Crew Member at BAM Outdoor in Westfield, Indiana. BAM Outdoor is a leading landscape company with a strong presence across multiple states and Canada. As a Maintenance Crew Driver, you will be a key player in executing landscape maintenance tasks and bringing clients' outdoor spaces to life. You will work alongside a dynamic team and take pride in creating stunning landscapes.
Requirements
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in diverse weather conditions and lift up to 60 pounds.
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance.
- A desire to learn and grow—whether that’s in landscape design, equipment operation, or leadership.
- The ability to drive a company-owned truck - on company insurance
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial-grade equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and more.
- Maintain equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Plant, trim, prune, and water landscapes.
- Contribute to outdoor lighting installations.
- Handle snow removal during the winter months.
- Safely operate machinery such as skid steers.
- Work in various outdoor conditions, rain or shine, hot or cold!
