Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, clean, well-kept, healthy and adequately supplied environment for clients and staff; under the direction and supervision of the Director of Operations. Actively involved with conserving physical assets of the facility, both administratively and residentially. Reviews and promptly responds to reports and recommendations as assigned and directed by Director of Operations. Monitors day-to-day repairs and maintenance of the facility and reports all housing issues to Director of Operations. Perform repairs, painting, small job installs, and other tasks on a timely basis. Product knowledge of appliances and warranty information as well as damage costs. Accurately organize inventory facility supplies, equipment and tools. Submit weekly supply requests to Director of Operations.
