About The Position

The Facility Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for facilitating, coordinating and providing oversight of maintenance services performed on building operating systems and equipment as assigned throughout the Central Passenger Terminal Complex. The Facility Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all operations and maintenance tasks are performed for building operating systems and equipment in accordance with AATC policies, procedures and processes. The Facility Maintenance Coordinator is the point of contact for parties internal and external to AATC in addressing facility maintenance issues with facility maintenance service providers and outside contractors.

Responsibilities

• Support AATC’s Asset Management Policy by assisting with contingency planning activities for proactive and project type work in areas of facilities maintenance and operations.
• Perform routine and complex troubleshooting, along with the monitoring and supervision of installation, repair, and maintenance work on building systems and equipment.
• Conduct periodic site inspections and evaluations, reporting on results.
• Ensure compliance with environmental permits, government regulations, and corporate policies.
• Perform quality assurance of completed maintenance inspections and corrective work by service providers and contractors.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure corrective actions meet acceptance requirements.
• Document work performed and deficiencies identified through a computerized maintenance management system.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA Safety requirements by service providers and contractors.
• Provide input for planning and development of the annual department budget.
• Assist in snow and ice clearing operations and provide after-hours emergency coverage.
