About The Position

The Maintenance Coordinator coordinates daily maintenance services, including service requests, remediation, preventative maintenance, project management, and unit turnovers. Requirements

  • Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law.
  • This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Organizes maintenance workflows with residents, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure efficient and high-quality community maintenance operations.
  • Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customer’s needs, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintains accurate records of work performed utilizing the appropriate operating platform.
  • Creates and approves payment of purchase orders, informing management of any discrepancies.
  • Administers the key logging system, including regular audits, promptly resolving outstanding keys, and reporting findings to the team.
