About The Position

The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for managing work orders and preventive maintenance data for the Humboldt facility. This role involves assigning tasks to technicians, tracking due dates and completion of work, maintaining inventory, and generating various reports for management. The position also requires providing training to maintenance personnel and supporting management in various projects and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Above average skills in Microsoft Office products and Sharepoint.
  • Ability to learn purchasing, inventory and maintenance sections of ROSS system (ERP).
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to learn and operate various types of office equipment.
  • Adherence to Confidentiality Policy.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Schematics, AUTOCAD.
  • Training in industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Input and generate Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance data for the Humboldt facility.
  • Assist personnel at Humboldt with data entry regarding work orders and PMs.
  • Assign and distribute PMs and Work Orders to the appropriate Maintenance Tech.
  • Identify new equipment and enter PM’s for equipment.
  • Track due dates and completion of Work Orders and PMs and escalate past due items to Maintenance Manager.
  • Conduct maintenance inventory and assist with inventory changes.
  • Maintain capital and plant project reports for the Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager.
  • Maintain maintenance module with reports of plant equipment in relation to cost of normal depreciation and breakdowns.
  • Assist Management with tracking plant equipment details.
  • Provide support to Management in multiple projects as needed.
  • Maintain Utilities Spreadsheets for Humboldt and submit monthly reports.
  • Update Maintenance budget reports weekly/monthly on SharePoint.
  • Maintain capital project purchase requisition spreadsheet for Humboldt Maintenance Dept.
  • Provide work order training and preventative maintenance training for Maintenance personnel.
  • Record and track data on motors currently used in the facility.
  • Manage Powered Industrial Truck maintenance orders and repairs.
  • Support Maintenance System Clerk in ordering parts and supplies.
  • Provide Management with yearly summary of expenses and production results and comparisons.
  • Input invoices and purchase orders in AP Smart.
  • Report food safety incidents to management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
