This role is a unique opportunity for a mechanically inclined professional to become the hub of field operations for a growing industrial services organization. The position offers a 50/50 split between coordinating maintenance schedules and providing hands-on support to technicians in the field. Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude and enjoys working with tools and equipment
Experience working in or around an industrial, manufacturing, or maintenance environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willing to travel to customer job sites throughout the region
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Schedule approximately 30 maintenance and service calls each week across multiple field technicians
Coordinate technician schedules while balancing customer priorities and emergency requests
Communicate with customers regarding appointments, timelines, and service updates
Prepare quotes, work orders, and assist with invoicing
Ensure technicians have the information and resources needed for successful service calls
Train alongside experienced technicians performing predictive maintenance and equipment inspections
Travel to customer facilities throughout the region
Assist with troubleshooting and evaluating industrial mechanical equipment
Learn specialized predictive maintenance techniques, including vibration analysis
Develop into an independent field technician over time
