About The Position

PMC Services (PMCS), a division of Priestley Management Company, is looking for a skilled Maintenance & Construction Technician to join our growing team. This is more than a typical maintenance position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable performing a wide variety of residential and commercial maintenance and construction tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while providing excellent customer service to homeowners, property managers, and board members.

Requirements

Minimum of 3–5 years of maintenance or construction experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of general carpentry, drywall, painting, roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior building maintenance.
Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting experience.
Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops.
Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment as needed.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professional communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice To Haves

Construction management or project coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and construction repairs for residential and commercial properties.
Troubleshoot and repair drywall, painting, carpentry, roofing, siding, gutters, doors, windows, fencing, and other building components.
Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
Safely work from extension ladders, step ကိုယ်တိုင်, and rooftops when required.
Assist with roofing, exterior repairs, and larger construction projects.
Read scopes of work and follow project specifications.
Document completed work with photos and detailed notes using mobile software.
Identify additional maintenance concerns and communicate findings to management.
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area.
Work closely with the Operations and Project Management teams to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
