Berger Communities is hiring a Construction Technician to support apartment renovations at Plymouth Pointe Apartments. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working on apartment upgrades—everything from demo to finishing touches—to help get homes ready for new residents. Responsibilities

Completing full apartment renovations, including kitchen and bathroom upgrades
Handling demolition of cabinets, flooring, appliances, and fixtures
Installing plumbing fixtures such as toilets, tubs, and faucets
Performing basic electrical work like replacing outlets, switches, and installing appliances
Completing carpentry tasks including framing, cabinetry, countertops, drywall repairs, and painting
Assisting with inventory, materials tracking, and deliveries across job sites
Partnering with project managers, site teams, and vendors to keep projects on track
Walking completed units, identifying punch list items, and ensuring quality finishes
