  • 3+ years administrative or clerical experience

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years manufacturing inventory experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Forklift certification

Responsibilities

  • Promote and maintain safety by following Silgan policies, inspecting work areas, reporting incidents, and completing START cards.
  • Operate equipment only after proper training; follow LOTO procedures and keep safety guards in place.
  • Attend relevant meetings and trainings; read and understand job-specific information.
  • Manage Oracle and eMaint systems for maintenance, inventory, and preventive tasks; keep SDS online resources updated.
  • Order, receive, and track parts and supplies; maintain inventory levels, resolve discrepancies, and prepare monthly reports.
  • Build shipping crates, ship molds, perform minor maintenance, and organize shop and parts crib areas.
  • Cover breaks and fill in for packers or material handlers as needed.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
