About The Position
We�re currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our resort team. In this key leadership role, you�ll oversee and perform maintenance tasks that keep our resort facilities in top condition. You�ll ensure that all systems, equipment, and spaces are safe, functional, and welcoming�helping deliver the exceptional guest experience we�re known for.
Requirements
- 3+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience (resort or timeshare preferred)
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations and support a skilled team of technicians
- Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment servicing across the property
- Inspect resort facilities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Management to coordinate maintenance priorities
- Maintain organized logs, reports, and compliance documentation
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests with professionalism and care
- Lead by example�maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and enhance guest satisfaction
