About The Position

The Maintenance B position requires a broad skillset to repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. This role performs light maintenance on equipment, reads and understands electrical and pneumatic schematics, and facilitates repairs and maintenance using hand and power tools. The position also assists with janitorial duties.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Sound knowledge of 480V 3 PH Electrical Circuits
Ability to read, understand and use electrical and mechanical schematics
Basic understanding of PLC operation
Able to troubleshoot and repair 120V and 480V 3-PH Electrical Systems, simple and complex pneumatic systems
Able to repair and maintain building systems
Must be willing to be on call
Light lifting, under 20 lbs.
Light carrying, under 20 lbs.
Moderate lifting, 21-59 lbs.
Moderate carrying, 21 – 59 lbs.
