As a Maintenance Associate at Milwaukee Electronics, you'll keep our facility clean, safe, and running smoothly through a variety of hands-on tasks ranging from general upkeep and light carpentry to minor repairs and facility improvement projects. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check as a condition of employment
  • Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and resourceful — comfortable figuring things out when the task is new
  • Ability to assess basic repair needs and determine practical, safe solutions
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
  • Must be eligible to work in an ITAR-controlled facility (U.S. Person status required)

Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning, painting, and reorganizing facility areas
  • Complete minor repairs such as replacing doorknobs, patching walls, changing light fixtures, and adjusting doors
  • Use hand tools, light power equipment, and ladders safely and effectively
  • Pick up and transport tools, equipment, or supplies from local hardware stores as needed
  • Follow verbal and written instructions to complete projects safely and to a high standard
  • Research and learn new techniques for unfamiliar repair or improvement tasks independently
  • Wear appropriate PPE and follow all company safety standards at all times
  • Maintain consistent attendance, dependability, and professionalism across all assignments
