About The Position

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining and repairing factory equipment and other industrial machinery. This role requires the ability to read technical manuals, disassemble and reassemble machinery, repair or replace malfunctioning components, perform tests to ensure smooth operation, and adjust/calibrate equipment to optimal specifications. The position also involves ensuring personal and others' health and safety, as machine downtime can lead to missed shipments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma plus equivalent experience, or 2 year associate’s degree in industrial maintenance or related field
• Manual dexterity, steady hand, and good hand–eye coordination for handling small parts
• Mechanical skills to reassemble large, complex machines
• Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix problems with industrial machinery

• Periodic travel may be required to help with issues at other locations.

Responsibilities
