About The Position

The General Labor Maintenance Associate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our farm equipment and vehicles. This role requires a skilled and productive individual who will be responsible for the maintenance of a diverse fleet, including but not limited to farm tractors, spray wagons, golf carts, forklifts, farm vehicles, and various small engine equipment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency with over 5 years of experience as a mechanic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Familiarity with standard, essential hand tools used in the trade.
• Self-driven individual with a solid work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Fluency to read, write, and understand the English language is required.
• Candidate must be able to utilize and communicate through a cellular or radio-like device.

Nice To Haves

• In-depth knowledge of small diesel engines.
• Experience in working on farm tractors.
• 12-volt electrical troubleshooting/repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and repairs on tractors, sprayer equipment, golf carts, and forklifts to ensure optimal functionality.
• Utilize our work order app proficiently to efficiently assign and complete maintenance tasks.
• Conduct periodic inspections of all farm equipment to identify and address any potential issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working with machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
