About The Position

Maintenance Associates contribute to the successful operations of our multi-unit apartment complexes. The role is responsible for efficiently responding to resident requests for repairs, for providing preventative and repair maintenance to building systems and equipment, as well as upkeeping apartment units and grounds. This position requires the employee to reside in one of our properties located in Downtown Montreal.

Requirements

  • 2 years of maintenance or related experience
  • Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting
  • Proficient with use of basic handheld and electrical tools
  • The ability to working collaboratively on a team and independently
  • Passion for providing an exceptional customer services
